For those times offline, now you can truly utilise them. Credit to whoever wrote the tutorials, I don't take credit for them (except for my one :3.) Just Right-click and select 'Save Target as' (Or 'Save Link as') to save them. Some are .PDF and Some are Images. For images, just load it up in Paint :).
If you feel any of these have been misplaced, or I have missed decent tutorials out. Just PM me and I'll resolve the problem. (I am aware of the issue in which some of the image ones are badly distorted, and may fix it soon.)
